Kevin Pietersen said one of the most important things Virat has done for Indian cricket is that he has made Indian cricketers into athletes, and he doesn’t just talk about fitness, he works on it. It was said that when Kohli is running between the wickets, his determination and guts are visible, he seems to be giving his hundred percent, he wants to be the best.

He further said that it all starts outside the stadium, what kind of diet the cricketer is taking, how much energy he is working out in the gym. They play with him or follow him, they want to be like him, that’s why they work on fitness, so the change in the Indian team is because of Kohli.
